Our Mission

Moving food with purpose.

We believe the distance between a producer and a table should be as short as possible — and as honest as possible. That belief has shaped every decision we've made since 2010.

To connect producers and consumers through distribution that is reliable, transparent, and built to last.

At Ciboro Foods, our mission is not just a statement on a wall. It is the operating principle behind every order we fulfill, every supplier relationship we build, and every standard we hold ourselves to. We are in the business of trust — and trust is earned by doing what you said you would do, every single time.

01

Food is not a commodity. It is a responsibility.

02

We do not move products. We move people's meals.

03

Every pallet that leaves our dock carries our name on it.

What guides us

Three principles. One direction.

01

Integrity first.

Every product that moves through our network is exactly what we say it is. No substitutions, no shortcuts, no surprises. Certified standards exist because the food supply demands them — and we treat those certifications as the floor, not the ceiling.

02

Reliability as a promise.

When we commit to a delivery date, a quantity, or a quality standard — that commitment is non-negotiable. Our clients build their businesses around our reliability. We take that seriously and we do not treat it as a nice-to-have.

03

Relationships over transactions.

Sixteen years of business have taught us that the best partnerships are the ones that outlast any single deal. We invest in understanding our clients' businesses, their markets, and their pressures — because a distributor who knows your operation is worth far more than one who just processes orders.

We are not a logistics company that happens to move food. We are a food company that built its own logistics.

That distinction matters. It means the people sourcing our products understand food — its seasonality, its fragility, its cultural significance. It means we don't treat a shipment of olive oil from Andalusia the same way we'd treat a pallet of bolts.

It also means that when we say a product meets a standard, we know what that standard means in practice — not just on paper. Our team has walked the facilities, met the producers, and built relationships that give us visibility into the supply chain that a pure logistics operator simply cannot have.

The standard we hold

HACCP. FSSC 22000. Kosher (MK). These certifications are maintained because our clients — and their customers — deserve food that has been handled correctly from source to shelf. We do not cut corners on compliance.
